Rental Rates The weekly rate is $2,800. during June, July, and August; priority and discount will be given to tenants renting Anchor In for two or more weeks. Anchor In is available for rent throughout the year at a reduced rate; please inquire about the mid- and off-season calendar and rates. Rental Policies • A non-refundable deposit of $500. - which will be applied to your rent - is required at the time of booking. The balance must be received within 14 days prior to arrival. Payment is by personal check, certified check, cashiers check or money order. Credit cards are not accepted. • Your rental fee includes all bed and bath linens, and a complete departure cleaning. Tenants should bring their own towels for use on the beach or dock. • There is an additional 10% mandatory South Carolina accommodation tax. • The maximum occupancy at Anchor In is 12 people; infants sleeping in cribs are not counted toward this number. • Please note that Anchor In is rented to family groups only; house parties are not allowed. The owners reserve the right to evict any tenant who is detrimental to the property. • Smoking is not permitted in the interior of Anchor In. • A maximum of two pets are allowed, at the owners’ discretion, with an additional $200 security deposit. Any tenants who have not received owners’ permission and who are found with pets are subject to rental termination without refund.
